A complaint is defined as follows:

A complaint is a statement formalising the dissatisfaction from a client or a prospect.

A complaint may be made in writing (eg. letter, e-mail...) or orally.

Requests for information, clarification, service or assignments are not complaints.

How to file a complaint?

Submitting a complaint is free of charge.

Exane acknowledges receipt of all complaints in writing in a maximum of 10 business days from its reception.

Exane will provide a written response to the complaint at the earliest opportunity and no later than 2 months from its reception, except in the event of special circumstances requiring additional delay.
