At the beginning of this week, our HR team participated to the virtual "Carrefours HEC 2022" forum organised through Seekube online platform. During this event, the students from HEC in London had the opportunity to discover the different jobs and recruitment process at BNP Paribas CIB and BNP Paribas Exane, as well as to interact with their teams. This was also an opportunity for the students to gain more insights about equity Research and trading through a presentation of the equity business of BNP Paribas Exane made by Laurent Grossi, UK Head of HR.
Many thanks to the organisers and speakers for making this event a success, as well as to the students for their strong interest. We hope that this session has been inspiring for their future professional life!
Passage Jouffroy, Passage des Panoramas or Galerie Vivienne ... the covered passages of Paris no longer hold any secrets for our trainees! It was, in fact, on the occasion of a treasure hunt organised at the end of October that they surveyed the 1st, 2nd and 9th arrondissements of the capital in search of capsules meticulously hidden in the decor of various passages and galleries. The challenge? As a team, solve as many puzzles as possible, all in just one hour and a half.
An afterwork was then organised to give the rankings of the different teams and to share a convivial moment.
Well done and thank you to our trainees for their participation and welcome to those who have just joined us!
The answers collected as part of the ChooseMyCompany.com survey among Exane's work-study trainees and interns during 2021 enabled Exane to obtain the HappyIndex®/Trainees label for the third consecutive year.
Exane obtained an overall score of 4.18/5 and its recommendation rate registered a progression from 85.7% in 2020 to 90.7% this year.
A big thank you to the students for their appreciation and their feedback which will allow us to go even further!
Exane was part of the Recruitment and Apprenticehip Forums of Université Paris Dauphine, organised on February and May via the Seekube online platform. On this occasion, our HR team met the students and graduates of the school, discuss about Exane and its jobs, as well as their expectations and aspirations.
This Friday, Exane participated in the Finance Forum dedicated to the Master 1 in Banking Finance Insurance at the Université Lumière Lyon 2 via the Seekube online platform. In this framework, Frédéric Da Costa (Listed Derivatives and P&L Middle Office Manager) and Christine Boyer-Denizart had the opportunity to discuss with the students about their project, their searches, Exane and its post-market jobs. It was also the occasion for students to better project themselves into the professional world.
Exane will participate in the EDHEC virtual forum via the Seekube platform, from 6 to 8 January.
Thus, students will have the opportunity to interact in a privileged way with our recruiters, apply for our offers and have telephone or video interviews! If you are interested, please register with the EDHEC team.
