RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality and a sense of service are crucial to the Middle and Back Office functions, which ensure that operations initiated by the Front Office teams are administered and settled efficiently and correctly. The Middle and Back Office require people with good technical and relational skills. Depending on the department, the individual role may include calculating the daily net result on a portfolio, monitoring operations and positions taken, keeping clients informed of the progress of operations, confirming transactions, etc.
