RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales people offer investment advice and expertise on European equities to clients in financial institutions, including fund managers of insurance companies, banks, and hedge funds. Our sales desks are organised by national market, with each member of the team responsible for their own client portfolio. Sales people play the role of an orchestra conductor, spotlighting the investment ideas of our research department and bringing salient news to clients in keeping with their own investment profiles and criteria. This requires a sound macro-economic understanding and a keen ability to communicate effectively to win the confidence of clients and so ensure that they listen to our score above the general din of the market.
